Robotic welding

Robotic welding represents a modern and extremely efficient way of joining metal components, ensuring high weld quality, short production times and high repeatability. This technological process is particularly suitable for serial production. Our robotic welding cells are equipped with Motoman industrial welding robots and the Motoman NX100 robot controller. The robots are equipped with Fronius pulse welding machines, Binzel cooled welding torches and Fronius Robacta mechanical torch cleaners. The robot is mounted on external axis guides, allowing movement to a rotary positioner with three external axes. Such a configuration enables optimal positioning of weldments, accessibility to all welding points and efficient welding of complex geometries.

Technical advantages

  • Weld quality
  • Shorter welding cycles
  • High process repeatability
  • Significantly reduced influence of the human factor
  • Low operating costs
  • Competitive price of the final product

Frequently Asked Questions

We use Motoman industrial robots (NX100 robot controller) and Fronius pulse welding machines.

The robot is mounted on external axis guides and connected to a rotary positioner, which allows all welding spots to be reached.

Due to the high repeatability of the welding process and short welding cycles, this process is particularly suitable for serial production.

The main advantages are high welding repeatability, high weld quality, minimal human factor influence, and lower operating costs.
